Checklist

The Checklist is designed for practitioners to monitor and assess progress toward the achievement of the nine building blocks (link with section). The document is based on the CFC Framework for Action and includes a number of questions to facilitate the process of monitoring and assessment of a CFC. The list of questions contained in the checklist is organized by building block and does not mean to be exhaustive. It is rather a tool guiding the process for the successful implementation of the CFC Framework.
